5. Payments (No Cash on Delivery)


⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.


We accept online prepaid payments only.

Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.


8. Damages & Breakage Policy


Ceramics are fragile by nature.


If you receive a damaged product, you must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.


Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
