Thank you for shopping with us. We take great care in packing and delivering our ceramic and handcrafted products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns


Due to the fragile nature of ceramic products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:


The product is damaged during transit


You received a wrong or incorrect item


The product has a manufacturing defect


To be eligible for a return:


The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery


Product must be unused and in original packaging


Unboxing video is mandatory for return or refund approval


2. Items Not Eligible for Return


We do not accept returns or refunds for:


Change of mind or personal preference


Minor color, texture, or design variations (handcrafted uniqueness)


Damage caused after delivery


Products without an unboxing video


Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged)


3. Unboxing Video Requirement


For all ceramic products:


A clear, continuous unboxing video from sealed package to product is compulsory


The video must clearly show the damage or issue


Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted


4. Return Process


To initiate a return:

Attach:


Unboxing video


Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product


Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.


5. Refund Policy


Once your return request is approved:


Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days


Refund will be credited to the original payment method


Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items


6. Replacement Policy


If eligible, we may offer:


A free replacement, subject to stock availability

OR


A full refund, if replacement is not available


The final decision will be made after verification.


7. Cancellation Policy


Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order


Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled


8. International Orders (If Applicable)


We are not responsible for customs delays or duties


Returns for international orders are not accepted, unless the product is damaged
