We currently ship within India.


International shipping may be available in the future and will be updated on our website.


2. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment.


Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.


During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping Time


Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.


Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.


Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


5. Packaging & Handling


All ceramic products are fragile and are packed with extra protective materials.


We use high-quality packaging to minimize the risk of damage during transit.


Despite our best efforts, minor transit risks exist due to the fragile nature of ceramics.


6. Damaged or Broken Items


If your order arrives damaged:


Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.


Share clear photos and/or videos of:


The damaged product


Outer packaging


Inner protective packaging


Claims without proper evidence or raised after the stated period may not be accepted.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.


We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Re-shipping costs (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.


8. Shipment Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.


Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.


9. No Cash on Delivery


⚠️ Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment gateways.

Government restrictions
